Compatibility Issues

Only Work with the Lepro App

The Lepro BC1 E14 smart bulb works exclusively with the Lepro App, which features unique AI-generated lighting effects designed by our LightGPM AI algorithm. Therefore, it is not compatible with Smart Life or LampUX App.

Easy to connect to Alexa

The smart bulb can easily integrate with Alexa and Google Home after connecting to 2.4GHz WiFi via the Lepro APP. Most connectivity issues with Alexa occur when the bulb is not first connected to WiFi via the Lepro App.

Not Work with Dimmer Switches

Please do not use it with dimmer switches to avoid flickering or damage problems.

Great use with the app and the colours are very vivid with very good dimmability. The delay with the app is very short. I have been using them only for about 1 month – I cannot say anything about the durability or the energy efficiency.

I bought these used lights, knowing that the previous buyer had probably experienced installation issues. I was correct..I installed all four lights but initially one didn’t work. I deleted it from the app and added it when installed in a lamp. Now they all work together in one fixture. I figured this out myself but I’m sure most problems can be overcome with the comprehensive trouble shooting guide.They are great lights and the app is really good. You can set lots of custom light settings and schedules. Shortcuts can be created and they can also be controlled with voice prompt. All these features work really well. I will definitely be buying more of these bulbs. I can see lots of opportunity using the group feature in the app to control lights by room. Very highly recommended.

Bulbs work great as intended. But was a pain to set up and connect to Alexa. Also, I bought Lepro so that I could use with my existing Lepro bulbs without getting yet again another app. But Lepro have a new app. I can’t put the new bulbs on the old app and I can’t but the old bulbs on the new app. Very annoying.

These smart bulbs are great. I’ve used smart bulbs for years now and they’ve always been a faff to set up, but these ones just screwed in, you install the app, follows a couple of steps on the app and away you go! There’s hundreds of colour options, brightness levels and it hooks up to your alexa/google devices. Or you can just control them from the app on your phone, which provides loads of different settings like short cuts to save your favourite colour, schedules to set a time to turn the light off and on.As a set if 4,this really is value for money.

The easiest smart WiFi bulbs I’ve ever had the ‘pleasure’ to set up. Super fast connection to app, phone and Alexa and Google Home. What’s not to like!

The lights work and I’m able to sign into the app using gmail. However I can’t technically register because their system fails to send a confirmation code. That means I cannot share control of the lights and/or add them to Alexa or any other service. I rarely write reviews but this needs to be addressed, I cannot be expected to use a million different apps to control every smart plug or bulb. Lepro need to sort this out.

Item works well out of the box and is very easy to setup. You can tell very quickly the item is solely designed to work with the app due to it connecting to the lights through Bluetooth. When you use the app, any adjustments to the brightness, colour or if the light is on or off is rapid. When trying to get the light to work with Google Assistant, there is a 10-15 second delay before what you asked it to do happens (if it happens at all). I bought this as it seems the equivalent LIFX bulb is no longer sold and would most likely be a lot cheaper than the more premium equivalent but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re trying to kit out your smart home.
