The customer service is amazing!We had a slight issue with the the original Miko but upon talking to the customer service, they were able to resolve the issue straight away.They were constantly in contact via email and then upon receiving a new Miko, they rang me straight way and was able to help set up the Miko.The miko itself is now fantastic and is a great device for my kids to use and enjoy.

I’ve ordered two of these and nowhere work. The apps won’t load, it won’t speak or do anything. Complete rubbish, don’t buy as you’ll be disappointed!

It has been loved very much since the first time we took it out of the box. Our 7 year old has not stopped using it for both games and learning. A lovely item that’s well worth the price tag.

Have generally found the robot very good particularly the customer support had a few issues setting up but they were very determined to work through them with me. Overall, the kids are very pleased with it though with anything you have to keep on them to use it otherwise they quickly get bored and move onto the next thing.!!

My 5 Year old loves her MIKO 3. The interactive touch screen she has found very interesting and easy to use and navigate between screens. She loves all the different games and tools MIKO has. She enjoys talking to MIKO a lot. The “I see you” game MIKO plays with her is wonderful to watch, my child loves hiding from MIKO and waiting for MIKO to find her. Its teaching tool features are also a great in help in helping my child learn new subject matters. I highly recommend this cute but very clever little robot.

Completely useless basically bunch of app bundled in this small screen 1990 design, complete waste of money.I have bough this for my little of at Christmas and it was complete disappointment. They refused to refund me my money because I have disposed of the box. This is theft!Avoid this company!
