This robovac has truly become an indispensable member of our household, we think of it more like a pet than an appliance! Our floors have never looked so consistently clean, Bob is an absolute game-changer for daily and weekly maintenance, keeping on top of dust and debris so we dont have to.Its a completely hands-off experience – we just set it to run while we’re out, and come home to beautifully maintained floors. It doesnt deliver a super deep clean, but for keeping things pristine day-to-day, it’s brilliant. Initial set up was very easy – set the base station down and let the vacuum explore your home – any movable obstacles should be out of the way during set up or it might “remember” – our vac seems to remember where the Christmas tree was and wont go into that corner without coercion. We havent had to change the dust bags very often so it seems to have pretty good capacity and the mops work great. Suction power over carpets is good but can be a bit noisy. When the robot goes back to empty to the base station it is really noisy (a bit louder than a normal vacuum cleaner) for about 10 seconds but thats a small price to pay – overall it is quiet.My only minor wish is for it to handle thresholds greater than 6mm a bit better, though it’s easy enough to just lift it over when needed. I’ve also seen some mentions of mixed customer service experiences, but I haven’t had to contact them myself, as the unit has worked flawlessly.All in all, it’s a great bit of kit and a fantastic investment for anyone looking for effortless floor maintenance.

For context, I’ve moved from a Eufy 25C to a Honiture robot, and finally I’ve stepped up to the Eufy Pro 10 Omni.Unboxing is a great, and straightforward experience. Well packaged, using high quality materials, and easy to assemble. It took only a few mins to have it up and running.Filling the tank (and emptying the waste water tank) is so simple. They slide upwards, off the station, with no friction or fuss. Carry handles are robust, and there are solid clips to open/close the tanks. The overall quality of the machine is superb, and the robot appears to stay clean even after multiple uses – which suggests the suction power, the seals within the unit, and the overall design keeps it in great condition. It’s size suggests how capable it is, and is in no way, too large. We had numerous places we could have positioned the base station.Charging isn’t super quick, but that’s expected given everything it does. Connectivity to the app and the router is always strong, and there’s never any annoying hiccups with the software.Cleaning performance is excellent. For context, I’m a man living in a large rural bungalow with two cats, and four females with long hair. We have a mix of carpet and hard flooring, and it tackles everything very well. It keeps the mops very clean, and the self maintenance is a god send.The app needs a little time to get accustomed to, but works very well. I would recommend setting up ‘scenarios’ that are suitable for your property, and then scheduling the cleaning for the week.Example: we have it clean three times during the week, using a scenario where it’s told to specifically use the vacuum (only) to clean all carpet areas, starting with the main rooms. (You need to tell it to effectively disregard mopping, as it will use it if it comes across any hard areas, which in turn prompts it to clean the mops in-between rooms). Once complete, it empties itself, charges, and then heads off to vacuum & mop all the hard surfaces. At the weekend we use a single ‘Deep clean scenario’ which uses more suction power, and uses more water to mop.Interaction with Alexa is simple, works well. There’s NO current interface with Homeassistant, so if that’s important you’ll either need to look elsewhere or be patient (people are actively working on the integration).I got it during Prime day, so it was definitely value for money. There are some clear improvements between this and the X9, and I would recommend going for this – hands down. Google some of the comparison videos and you’ll see why.Overall, I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolute life saver however…. Good points: over all does a decent job. Mops well, gets most of the dirt. It is nice not to have to worry too much about the floor.However…The hair detangling comb does not work at all. Hair gets stuck in the brush all the time. If you move a piece of furniture from it’s ‘normal” place the robot will still miss that area and will not clean it. The suction is not amazing, does leave things behind. Also they have now changed the app and the map is too complicated. Picks up hair:But the hair gets stuck in the roller. App quality:Recently changed and is more confusing Time saving:Definitely time saving!!!!!!

شفط المكنسة قوي، توجد لها عجلتين جانبية للتنظيف، تصميمها المربع يجعل تنظيف الزوايا سهل، عجلة الشفط الاساسية من سليكون وهو مايساعد على صيانتها بسهوله، اعادة تعبئة الميله النظفية والمتسخة وازالة الغبار تلقائي دون تدخل، مع سخان لتجفيف الممسحة لمنع تراكم الروائح، يوجد بها حساس السقوط وهو مايمنع سقوط المكنسة، جميلة جدا حيث ان بطاريتها تكفي لنظافة وتمسيح المنزل كاملا، يوحد منظف يتم اضافته للجهاز ويساعد على لمعة الارضية، الموديل هذا يغنيك عن جميع الموديلات السابقة

Great mapping, vacuuming and mopping. Flagship features at a bargain.
Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it
