I love my ring! I use it to track my sleep, heart rate, and overall health such as my steps. I love how it’s lightweight and barely noticeable in comparison to a smartwatch. One charge also lasts around a week or even more which is great! The app provides a great amount of information, is easy to use and even has AI insights which gives you an insight into your overall health which other fitness trackers don’t have. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase!

I absolutely love my JC Ring, couldn’t fault the service from the company nor the in depth information the ring provides, from sleep information to tracking ever exercise class I do. It is so accurate with all the readings and much better than anything else I’ve tried before. The battery lasts a week even with tracking 4 classes per week and charges in under an hour if it is on 0%. Have recommended the ring to many!
