The fridge looks beautiful and sturdy but is heavy. 4 stars because this fridge needs more than two men to carry it onto the 2nd floor with no lift. I had to ask my neighbour to help me before the driver cancelled the delivery due to heaviness. The fridge has roles but these are only beneficial once it’s unpacked but still heavy to roll for a woman by her own. Fridge was inside secured very good. And looks stunning but is big. Don’t forget that the fridge needs to sit for 2/3 hours before you plug it in!

It is a good size fridge, not noisy…if you read the instructions is easy to use…the frizzer is not much bigger than my old one that only was about 170cm high. But overall it is a really good fridge freezer

I love my Samsung fridge. It’s easy to keep an eye on the temperature and there’s plenty of room, even for a big shop. The only thing that bugs me is that you cannot move the shelves. If you have a large item, you have to take a shelf out, but are not able to replace it to make a large and a small shelf. The shelves are easily removed for cleaning. There is a two-minute reminder if you have left the door open for too long. I managed to get my fridge when it was on offer, so I think I got a really good deal.

Samsung Customer Service has been very disappointing. AIMartz tried to contact them about a crack on the product’s plug but couldn’t get through, and I never received a call from Samsung.I also reached out to their Customer Service myself through multiple emails. They assured me that they would call me, but I never heard back. Overall, a very frustrating experience—I definitely wouldn’t recommend Samsung

i purchased this in the sale, I had a similar one before. This only has one drawer at the bottom of the fridge. Some models have two. Plenty of space on the fridge door. It also has the wine compartment that we use for milk

Very happy with the unit itself, large, quiet and even cheaper to run than expected (I have an under counter beer fridge and this unit uses less electricity than that). Delivery was a bit hit and miss, failed the first delivery date, second date was only made after I chased giving them a week to contact me. When arrived on 2nd date only 1 guy so I had to help him get it into the property, nice guy though.
