Decent in-ear translator systemThis translator is nicely designed and works quite well. It’s very easy to use and feels pretty comfortable in the ear while wearing. It translates accurately and quickly for the most part, though there is a bit of a lag which is to be expected. The easiest way to use it is to wear the ear piece yourself and use your phone as the mic and speaker for the person you’re speaking with. You can hold the phone in their direction and when they speak into the phone in their language you’ll hear it in your ear as spoken in your language. It is a little disorienting at first but after a little bit becomes easier to filter out their words and just focus on what you’re hearing in the ear translator.There is also a second ear bud that the other person can use to talk to you. I’m a little weird about sharing things like earbuds so this isn’t how I plan to use it. However, it could be nice in certain situations where you’re speaking to one person a lot. Overall it’s a solidly designed system that works well and seems like a good value for the money.
