Absolutely Blown Away – Best Lawn Investment I’ve Ever Made!I don’t usually leave reviews, but the MAMMOTION LUBA mini AWD 800 has completely transformed how I take care of my lawn—and I couldn’t be happier!Dispite some initial delivery fulfilment issues, right out of the box, setup was fast and intuitive. The app made it easy to map my yard, and I didn’t need to install any boundary wires (thank goodness). Within an hour, the mower was off doing its thing like it had lived here for years. What impressed me most:• ✅ All-Wheel Drive is a game changer – My garden has some slopes and uneven patches, and this little machine powers through like a champ. No getting stuck, no wheel spinning. It just handles it. Slow but steady.• ✅ Ultra quiet operation – I can literally be sitting on the deck reading while it’s mowing, and I barely notice it. Way quieter than a traditional mower.• ✅ Smart and precise – The RTK GPS is incredibly accurate. The mower stays within its virtual boundaries perfectly and even remembers multiple zones. I love being able to schedule it from the app, and watch it navigate around flower beds like a pro.• ✅ Clean, consistent results – My lawn looks professionally mowed every time. No missed spots, no clumps. It cuts in clean, even lines, and it mulches so finely I haven’t had to pick up a thing.• ✅ No babysitting – Once it’s set up, it just works. It returns to its charging station when it’s done or needs more juice, and I barely need to think about it anymore. This is the first time I’ve genuinely felt like a piece of smart tech actually saved me time and delivered real value. I no longer spend weekends mowing—just watching the mower do it for me while I relax. If you’re on the fence about robotic mowers or worried about performance on tricky lawns, don’t hesitate. The LUBA mini AWD 800 gets the job done.

We recently bought the LUBA mini AWD 1500 and honestly, we couldn’t be happier! We even gave him a name — Grass Vader — because he completely conquers our lawn.Setup was straightforward, and once it got going, it handled our uneven garden and slopes like a pro. The AI vision and mapping are impressive — it knows exactly where to go, no random wandering like some other mowers. The cut is clean and consistent, and it saves us so much time every week. It’s also surprisingly quiet, so we can let it run without disturbing the neighbours. We’ve noticed our lawn already looks healthier from the regular trim.Yes, it’s an investment, but worth every penny for the time, effort, and flawless results it gives. Grass Vader has officially taken over lawn duty — and we couldn’t be more pleased!

Would recommend – fantastic build quality and the set-up couldn’t be easier. It got going right away after set-up and my lawn is looking great now. Really impressed with the accuracy and how well the stripes come out.

Really easy to set up and does a fantastic job on the law. Early days so will see how reliability goes.Things are not permanently wired at the moment though as I’m struggling with the RTK antenna. The blurb for the unit clearly shows a solar powered RTK and indeed claims it is 100% solar powered. This was a contributing factor in my purchasing decision as my outside power options are limited. No solar panel is included in the packaging, only the 12v psu and a connecting cable that’s at the most 4m long. The RTK can also be powered from the recharging unit but in my case the provided cable is nowhere near long enough to reach either the charging unit or another outside socket. So I’m operating with an extension real at the moment to power the RTK which is obviously a pain having to get it out to operate the mower and then put it away when finished in case it rains.

For years I’ve put off buying a robotic lawn mower due the high cost and tortuous laying of the boundary wires required. This innovation of using GPS, WIFI and Visual guidance does away with the need for a perimeter wire although not the high cost. After struggling to cope with my 4 areas of lawn using an underpowered Flymo when my more suitable petrol mower was in for servicing for 9 weeks, I justified to myself (and my wife) that now was the time to bite the bullet. Having done some research it was clear that this model gets some very good reviews so I ordered the 800 model. I’ve had this for a month now and it was easy enough to set up with the usual smartphone app with which to control it. It comes with easy to follow instructions and guidance on a large sheet There are plenty of videos of this models usage online so that was a help too. Right from the outset I was impressed with the versatility of this machine although it took me awhile to get the hang of using my phone to guide it when mapping the areas to be mowed but eventually got the hang of it. After several goes it was up and running satisfactorily. This requires a different approach to mowing the lawn as it does more of a trim than a heavy duty cut so frequency is important to ensure the lawn never looks overgrown. It won’t replace the occasional full mowing experience as it does leave the cuttings lying around and tends to bend the dandelions rather than chop them up. Also it will just stop if it doesn’t have a clear view of the sky i.e. under an overgrown bush, so will require rescuing from time to time. Cutting height and speed can be controlled as can scheduling sessions. A number of features are included such as not cutting in the rain and an anti-theft set up but I’ve not fully investigated every option available. It comes with a 4G sim card which is valid for a year so quite what happens after that I’m not sure. One feature that is interesting is the FPV which allows you to see via the onboard cameras the mowers progress although I’ve yet to find out if it is possible to capture the video. There’s still lots to explore but so far I’m extremely pleased with my new toy and consider it well worth the £1500 outlay. I did feel that it would need to be protected from the British weather by purchasing a garage but was astonished at some asking prices ranging from around £100 to a ridiculous over £800. I set about knocking up garage from the remains of an old bunk bed and other odd bits and pieces lying around. As naming robo’s is now a thing, the first suggestion was Mo but we finally settled on Arfer Mo as that’s how long it now takes me to cut the lawn.
