I actually used the cheap ringconn sizing set and sized perfectly for me. Ordered size 13 and fits perfectly. Benefits with samsung ring, not like some, it can be put on any finger for readings.I have an habit on leaving my phone on couch and walking around house… get more steps in now and leave my watch on charge at night.

Good ring, accurate heart readings, neat design. Great connection with Samsung phone. A little overpriced considering it’s limitations in comparison to a smart watch. Works well I’m addition to a watch.. especially if your arms are covered in tattoos, making readings difficult with smart watches.

Negative-No auto detection of workout. Only 5 day for battery (but I do have all options turned on ro be fair)Positives – lightweight, the concave design helps stop scratches. Works well with my older Samsung S21. I get the data I am interested in as well as pointers to help with my health. With the discount I got in a timed deal it was in line with to cost of other premium rings. Size was correct with the sizing kit I got. Comfortable and very lightweight.
