It’s a good machine: quiet, washes really well, efficient, has many programs with the possibility to adjust parameters, looks good, great automatic detergent dispenser function, etc. We haven’t tried dryer yet, but the washer is great.

So, far as washes go. It’s been great. Good drum size can fit a king duvet in no problem. Washer is quietGot great settings.It’s a shame it don’t have a drum light.But, ro be fair it been spot on every wash.

The best washer dryer I’ve ever had. It reallydries! I love that is weighs the washing and adjusts the time needed to dry accordingly, has lots of programs, is easy to use and really cleans!So glad I spent a little extra to get this one, it’s outstanding.

I owned this washer dryer for the past 3years and I am disappointed with it. I don’t know If every owner came across the same issues I had with mine or is just the unit I purchased.The rubber seal between the washing machine and body is not thigh enough so most if the times leaks. It also broke twice so we had to changed because it leak. I can not dry small items made out of polyester as it sneaks between the “lovely” rubber seal and ends up in the filter to find out after 6h of washing and drying your load is completely soaked.After 5months of usage something broke inside the washing machine and made a lot of heavy metals dusting in the house. Samsung was pretty helpful and send someone after 3 days and eventually got it fixed( they couldn’t do anything thing and they replaced the whole unit for free).The washing and drying cycles are extremely long, some of them can take up to 7h.You need to press a physical button in order to enable smartphone remote control. If you didn’t press that button and you’re away from home you can not start the washing drying cycles.I has good points to like beautiful design(doesn’t help much when you have so many mechanical issues), pretty good smartphone integration and it was silent when it was new.I would advise to go with a different brand for a while or if you have enough space get a separate dryer.

Decided to take the plunge and buy this after a year and a half of having a beko washer dryer we had no end of issues either it, chiefly it taking forever to dry clothes and then breaking.The Samsung is absolutely outstanding. It is so quiet, numerous features and has a decent capacity. There is no rocking about and the clothes dry perfectly every time. The connectivity with the Samsung SmartThings app is brilliant and I love the auto dispense of detergent and fabric softener a the ability to adjust amounts based on water hardness and concentration of the liquid. You can turn the auto dispense off to use powder or tablets but the only feature missing is like is to be able to set your custom programmes to not use auto dispense as certain washes we use sensitive laundry tablets instead so it a pain having to open the app to disable the auto dispense and then have to remember to re-enable it for the next wash. Other than that so far we’ve found it to be faultless.
