Item received in good condition in a branded box. These glasses are really something completely different and very smart too. They have two main functions, one is playing music through the arm of the glasses which actually works very well and is even better than I thought it would be. The other is a very small video camera which is situated in the centre of the glasses and is very small in size. If you are not looking for it then you really would not even know it was there its really not obvious at all.The glasses does have a thicker arm size than standard which houses the tech to make them work. They come with a lens that also helps to block UVA and UVB sunlight to help protect your eyes and reduce glare. It also comes with cables for charging and downloading footage etc.

These OhO sunshine sunglasses do a decent job of enhancing your style whilst protecting your eyes. They have blue lenses that exude a bit of 90s flair, and it’s hard not to feel somewhat like a secret agent, minus the actual espionage of course. The specifications, pun intended, are pretty straightforward. They fit comfortably and don’t leave those annoying red marks on your nose. I wore them on a leisurely stroll around town, and the UV protection seemed to work as advertised, so no complaints there. However, the frames feel a bit lightweight, so I’d avoid any wrestling matches while wearing them. For the price, you get a good blend of fashion and function. The lenses provide a decent level of comfort and style without emptying your wallet. A solid choice if you fancy a touch of retro without the hefty price tag.

Whilst these glasses look like the 3d glasses that you used to get in cereal boxes, they are quite clever. Ugly – with their blocky eye shape – not sure why they couldn’t have made a more flattering shape to be honest as the lens shape doesn’t affect the camera. They fit well, not too large.Connects to Bluetooth to play music or listen to audio books on (the audio books played better. Music isn’t as good as wearing earphones as it doesn’t have much of a speaker so don’t get them purely for music. But they are good if you are listening to instructions etc.The video part..Tried it walking and running. Obviously you have the head movement to contend with as they aren’t like a gimbal so any head movement does affect the camera but that is normal. You can go into settings and change the length of video recording from seconds to the max.Now I had some issues connecting to a laptop and it probably needs some compatible software to work, but it played on my phone using a C to C cable with no problem at all. The playback quality was actually very good considering the size of the camera .The only issues I did get on playback was the lighting contrast ie sky/dark buildings. And the sound ie any wind or rustling took over any audio.I do think these have a purpose though ie often my husband goes out running up in the forest areas and always encounters wildlife and if he wears these, I will also get to see them all on his run without him having to set up an additional camera. It’s also really good for certain video making because you could take the lenses out and have two hands free whilst recording what you are working on directly. And obviously there is the road traffic recording. They do have their limits which is due to the battery size ie limited recording and power to the actual camera so you might need to run them off a power bank if you want to use them for hours.Ultimately, they are an easy compact video device in a pair of un-stylish sunglasses.

I got these OhO smart glasses mainly for cycling – I like riding on weekends to clear my head after a week of finance work, and these let me listen to music or take a call without blocking out the world. The 64GB built-in camera is great for recording my route or snapping quick moments with the kids and dogs without reaching for my phone. They’re light, stylish, and the UV400 lenses are great in the sun. My only small gripe is the touch controls can be a little bit sensitive. Still, it’s a very solid buy for the price and features.

✅ What I LikedBuilt-In 64 GB CameraThe discreet 1080p camera captures surprisingly clear footage from the wearer’s perspective. It’s perfect for recording hikes, bike commutes, or quick how-to clips without fumbling for a phone.Open-Ear Bluetooth SpeakersAudio streams through bone-conduction–style drivers that leave your ears open to ambient sounds—ideal for outdoor sports or morning runs when situational awareness is critical. Sound quality is clear at moderate volumes, though bass is minimal.UV400 Polarized LensesThese block 100 % of UV A and B rays while reducing glare. I noticed less eye strain on bright days, and they work well for both driving and beach outings.Comfort & StabilityLightweight (about 45 g) with flexible TR90 frames and rubberized nose pads, they stay put during jogging and quick head movements. The all-day comfort is impressive compared to bulkier “tech” eyewear.Intuitive ControlsTactile buttons on the temple handle playback, calls, and recording functions without needing to pull out your phone. Pairing to my phone was seamless via Bluetooth 5.0, with a stable 10 m range.⚠️ Things to ConsiderBattery LifeYou get around 3 hours of continuous recording or 4–5 hours of music playback. For extended outings, you’ll need a power bank or a quick recharge.Indoor Audio VolumeIn noisier environments (cafés, gyms), the open-ear speakers can struggle to overcome background noise—earbuds may still be preferable for quiet listening.

Definitely not worth the price
I was very disappointed with these glasses. Despite being advertised with 4K video, the quality was poor and nowhere near what I expected. The sound was equally bad and it felt like listening to music through a tin can. On top of that, the audio was not private at all and everyone around me could clearly hear it, which defeats the purpose of personal listening. The only positive was that the fit was decent even with my larger head, but that is about the only good thing I can say. For the price, these glasses simply do not deliver on video or sound performance. Definitely not worth buying.
